We specialise in servicing the strata industry. Our clients are strata managers, owners corporations, lots owners and developers. We aim not only to provide a service within the framework of the strata legislation but to provide a full range of legal services to assist our client base in all aspects of the development and day to day management of group title communities.  

The owners corporation is a large land owner and as with any large land owner it must enter into contractual arrangements with a range of service providers, it will have issues and disputes with neighbours, it will need property and other transactional services and it will be compelled to enter into litigation from time to time. Our firm can assist all stakeholders in these matters.

Jeffrey Mueller created the firm in 1979. In 1982 Bruce Bentley joined him. In 1983 the firm started acting for its first owners corporations and was responsible for setting up the first dedicated levy recovery service in New South Wales.   The role of J.S. Mueller & Co in the strata industry has kept expanding since that time.  Four years ago Bruce made the decision to provide to the strata industry exclusively.
